Dish 4: Steamed Live Seabass with Superior Soya Sauce
Dish 5: Wok Fried Prawn with Dried Red Chilli
Dish 6: Braised Fish Maw with Black Fungus, Bailing Mushroom & Spinach
Dish 7: This dish was replaced to Steamed Glutinous Rice wrapped in Lotus Leaf
Dish 8: Sweetened Red Bean with Sesame Filled Dumpling
